Platform default: 15-day Pro trial on signup on signup — no code required. Discord community perk: Discord community perk: first 500 members get 1 month Pro — code in #resources only, not on fuseiq.io or public social posts.
Claim on Billing
1
Join Discord and copy the community code from #resources, or use a friend's personal code.
2
Open Billing while signed in — free, Starter, and platform-trial users see the claim banner.
3
Confirm what you get (1 month Pro) and which workspace receives it, then enter the code and Claim.
4
After success, Billing shows trial end date and workspace name. Hard refresh if Vault still looks locked.
Common Errors
- Already claimed — one referral per user account (not per workspace)
- Already paid — paid Pro/Team workspaces cannot burn a trial code for no benefit
- Not allowed on this workspace — switch to a workspace you own (or Director/Manager)
- Invalid code — Copy the community code from Discord #resources only.
- Founder account — founders already have Enterprise access
- Vault still locked — hard refresh; confirm Pro trial on Billing for the active workspace
💡
Personal referrals (Settings → Referrals): friend gets 1 month Pro on signup via your link; you earn +200 credits on your workspace. Discord community codes do not pay referrer credits.
